Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Installed or used items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@teamrxp.com with your order number and reason for return.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
