Ford Explorer RXP Ultimate Twin Can System — 2020 Full Billet Dual Catch Can Kit.

No more drilling! Just cut our hose to your liking and install. Includes factory quick connects. Please watch the install video in the Instructions tab — these are plumbed the same way as all 2.7 and 3.5 EcoBoosts.

Hose Options:

• All braided hose upgrades are now 10AN with aluminum dress-up ends — the largest hose available from any company
• Kit comes with standard USA Continental PCV hose unless the upgraded braided hose is selected

Vehicle Compatibility:

• Perfect for all 2011–2023 2.7 and 3.5 EcoBoost models
• Corrects the system with the flow sensor on 2015 and newer models
• 2021 and newer trucks no longer have the sensor
• Also perfect for GM GDI 3.6, 5.3, and 6.2 vehicles
• Ideal for high horsepower supercharged or turbocharged engines
• Smaller engine compartments will receive a separate bracket to mount the inline CSS

• Better flow of volume through the turbo inlet to reduce pressure while in boost
• New Inline CSS (its own catch can) — flows more volume in each direction while trapping excessive pressure in boost with a cleanable stainless filter

• Retains the factory sensor — no more faulty codes or replacing your oil cap
• Redesigned interior baffling — now a 5-chamber can for even more contamination coalescing
• New billet high flow check valves included
• New larger AN openings for added flow and volume
• Cans are now larger — flows 30% more than all competitors tested and against previous systems
• New CSS catch can prevents oil from reaching the air filter box and has its own drain
